I'm a cultural strategist. I work upstream - before the brief is written, before the campaign is scoped, before the budget is locked. I help marketers figure out how to translate their commerce goals into culture. I don't help with how to make things. I help with what to make and why it will matter.

I also work on the structural problem underneath that one. I help design the building before it gets built or renovated. When the strategy is clear but the organisation isn't set up to act on it - the wrong team, the wrong shape, no operating model that survives contact with reality - I help fix that too. Hiring briefs, team design, the systems that determine whether good strategy actually lands.

Fifteen years across agency and brand-side. Independent since 2023, by design. Also, for what it's worth, a grown-up - which in these circles is rarer than it should be.
