I work on social and culture — what a brand is credibly allowed to own, and what has to change inside the organisation for it to be commercially effective. Brands come to me before the brief. Agencies come to me when the cultural read has to be right. Both usually end up somewhere structural.

I embed on a defined problem or project and it's done when the structure holds without me.
